Therapy & Coaching for Gay Men
For gay men who are done repeating the same relationship patterns—and want real emotional security, not more insight.
If you’re here, you’ve probably already done the work.
Maybe you've done self-reflection, read the books, and watched endless videos.
And yet, in dating or relationships, you keep ending up in versions of the same dynamic:
-
intense beginnings that burn out
-
closeness followed by withdrawal
-
attraction to emotionally unavailable partners
-
or a constant feeling of anxiety, effort, or self-abandonment
This work is for gay men who don’t just want to understand these patterns, but want to change them.
How I Work
I’m a licensed psychotherapist in California and Florida, and I also work with gay men internationally through coaching.
My approach is:
-
attachment-based
-
trauma-informed
-
direct, relational, and depth-oriented
This isn’t symptom management or surface-level advice.
We focus on:
-
understanding why your patterns formed
-
how they show up in real-time relationships
-
and how to build emotional security that actually holds under pressure
Therapy Vs. Coaching
If you’re located in California or Florida, we may work together through psychotherapy.
If you’re outside those states—or prefer a non-clinical framework—we can work together through coaching.
We’ll determine the best fit during the consultation.
You don’t need to decide that now.
Investment
This work is an investment.
It’s designed for men who are financially stable and ready to prioritize their emotional lives—not just think about them.
Sessions are private, focused, and tailored to you.
Most clients work with me for weekly or biweekly sessions.
Sessions are 50 minutes. My rate is $300 per session. I am not in-network with any insurance provider.
Are You A Good Fit?
This is likely a good fit if:
-
You’re emotionally curious and self-reflective
-
You’re ready for long-term change—not reassurance
-
You value depth, honesty, and accountability
-
You’re willing to invest in yourself
This may not be a good fit if:
-
You’re looking for quick dating tips
-
You want therapy only covered by insurance
-
You’re unsure whether you want to commit to the work
