Both focus on patterns, relationships, and emotional growth.

Therapy is available virtually in California & Florida and in-person in West Hollywood.

Coaching is available internationally and tends to focus more on present-day change, dating, confidence, and relationships.

This work is an investment.​ It’s designed for men who are financially stable and ready to prioritize their emotional lives—not just think about them.

Sessions are private, focused, and tailored to you. Most clients work with me for weekly or biweekly sessions.

Sessions are 50 minutes. My rate is $300 per session. And I am not in-network with any insurance provider.
