1. WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
My rates are $300 for individual sessions and $350 for couples
2. DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
No. I am not an in-network provider with any insurance company. However, if you have a PPO policy there is a strong chance you can utilize your "out of network" benefits to receive a significant reimbursement. I will provide you with a receipt, known as a "superbill", that you can submit to your insurance provider following your sessions.
3. HOW DOES THEREAPY WORK? HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
First, we'll start with what you're dealing with now. What symptoms you're struggling with, and what pain you're eperiencing. My goal is to help you find relief. As the conversation progresses we will organically find additional areas that need exploration. For some this may take a few months, and for others it may take a few years. My goal is to ensure that these changes are not a one-time thing or simply a "quick fix". We want to take the time to ensure pivitol life changes stick. We will leave no stone unturned so you leave therapy feeling fully confident moving forward in your life.
4. WHAT IF I NEED OTHER RESOURCES?
My goal is to support you in all areas of healing and wellbeing. I have a strong network of clinicians I trust that I often refer clients to for services such as medical care, psychiatry, massage, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, and other important treatments. I love collaborating with other clinicians to ensure we can deliver the best care possible.
5. HOW FREQUENTLY WILL I ATTEND THERAPY?
As a general rule, you should plan to attend therapy weekly. Oftentimes clients will come in twice a week - particularly when doing trauma therapy. Occasionally some folks will choose to meet every other week. Most importantly, we will carefully track your progress to determine which session cadence is best for you.
You don't have to do this alone.
I have years of specialized experience treating substance use in private practice, intensive outpatient and residential levels of care. I can help you understand what's driving the urge to self-medicate. I work with clients using both harm reduction and abstinence based recovery models. I can also connect you with the resources you will need to beat this.
You should be proud of yourself for seeking help. It takes courage to face life on life’s terms--without the numbing effects of drugs and alcohol.
