ANXIETY HIJACKS YOU

Anxiety is our mind and body’s way of signaling that something isn’t right, often manifesting as a cluster of symptoms that can feel unbearable. Whether it’s a persistent, low-grade anxiety or sudden, intense panic attacks, anxiety can leave you feeling restless, uneasy, and overwhelmed by fearful thoughts. This constant state of tension disrupts sleep and leaves you on edge, sometimes fixated on a specific fear or rapidly jumping from one worry to another.

There is Always a Cause

Our bodies naturally crave rest and balance, not constant tension. Through therapy, we can restore your sense of calm by identifying and addressing the underlying causes of your anxiety, such as trauma, chronic stress, or relationship conflict. Instead of eliminating anxiety entirely, the goal is to make it work for you, helping you navigate fear and find safety and security in a way that supports your well-being.

Throughout the therapeutic process, I engage my clients in an ongoing dialog about their experience of the therapy. I directly ask them to describe what they enjoy, what they dislike, and how we can continue collaborating to make the treatment as effective as possible.
