Take your time. Trust your instincts. If my approach doesn’t feel right for you, that’s okay—I’m happy to refer you to one of my trusted colleagues. ✅ A Few Practical Notes: - Consultations are free of charge - My session rate is $300 for a standard 50-minute session - Insurance: I’m an out-of-network provider. This means I don’t accept insurance directly, but many clients are able to receive reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits.
