“There’s no better way to change the other than to change ourselves."

We all seek connection, and our earliest relationships with caregivers shape our adult relationships. Therapy can help you uncover the root causes of disconnection and learn to meet your relational needs by understanding your role as a partner. Many couples wait until a crisis to seek help, but exploring these issues earlier can lead to a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.

Your therapy should be distinctively yours.

No two people are the same. So my goal is to utilize specific therapeutic tools uniquely tailored to your needs. My method synthesizes the best of several therapeutic approaches including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems and attachment theory.

THE BODY KEEPS THE SCORE

We will work together.

My perspective is based on attachment theory—that we all long for connection, nurturing and security above all else. That our earliest relationships with our caregivers dramatically inform your relationships in adulthood.
